If you would like to Request a Refund for a booking or product you have purchased from James Doyle Photography, please read below.
Sometimes things happen and an activity may be cancelled by James Doyle Photography due to weather, minimum numbers of participants not being met or other reasons outside my control.
In these circumstances I apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
On rare occasions, your purchase may not have arrived or was damaged in the post.
I are happy to refund bookings or purchased items from James Doyle Photography under certain circumstances.
I generally don’t give refunds if you change your mind about attending an activity or change your mind about your choice of product.
Please read our Refund Policy before requesting a refund.
If you feel you are eligible for a full or partial refund, please fill in the form on the right and I will process your request as soon as possible.
Any refund made will be processed via the method of the original transaction, meaning that you can’t receive a cash refund if you paid via PayPal. If you paid via PayPal the refund will be processed through PayPal, if you paid via other means, your refund will be processed through a similar means.
Please allow time for the refund to be processed by the merchant.
